Thus, started the most productive period in artist’s life. He tried to escape the routine of everyday life and get uninterrupted time for his creativity. He looked for relief in nature near the water, where he found his inspiration. In his works, he tried to depict many emotions – calm, aggression, hope, faith and grief. Maybe this caused sacral elements to appear in his works. For his works to be noticeable he tried various painting techniques. He was inspired by littoral sceneries, sand, birds, plants, and everything surrounding them.

Pedagogic activities, creation, search for expression forms, ongoing hope for a better piece of art, or just nostalgia for simple time weakened not only his soul, but body too. He died on November 3, 2001 at the age of 51. Buried in Vilnius, in Antaklanis cemetery.
