Yoga exercises


Yoga is a great activity that helps protect and maintain your health. It is also learning techniques of how to control the body and the mind.
Strengthen your body and soothe the mind in the beautiful natural surroundings.
25 May - 22 June On Fridays at 6.PM and on Saturdays at 10 AM yoga classes are held in Nida central beach.
From June 22 till August 26 free yoga classes are held on the central beaches of Nida and Juodkrante. The classes are led by Lithuanian Yoga Association trainers.
Exercises take place:
From Mondays till Fridays - at 8:00 in the morning and at 19:00 in the evening,
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - only in the morning at 8:00.

First lesson on June 22 is only in the evening (19:00)
