"If you are a lover of good meat, the restaurant MEAT is the place you must visit. The restaurant has a special meat curing camera installed, which controls humidity and temperature in order to help meat reveal its best qualities of taste during dry curing. Beef is cured in it for at least 28 days, while some types of it are cured for as many as up to 70 days. In our restaurant, you can taste various kinds of grilled beefsteaks, such as a Rib-eye, a New York Strip Steak, a tenderloin, a T-bone and a Porterhouse. We offer not only meat but also fish and seafood. One can choose one’s most favourite vegetables baked in a furnice as well as our home-made sauces. The qualified waiters will advise you which wines go best with your meal."
