From the salty waters of the Baltic Sea, as every year, the wind blows the traditional "Žiobrinės" festival into the Curonian Spit!
On 26-28 April, set sail for Neringa, where you will find fire-roasted vimba fish, fun educational and creative activities, fairs, games and delicious fish dishes prepared by Neringa's restaurants and cafés!

11 am - 6 pm Exhibition "Fish and Fishing in Books".

Saturday 27 April
9 am Weekend excursion in the Curonian Spit National Park with a guide along the Nagliai Nature Reserve nature trail. Meeting point. Price per person - EUR 6, children under 6 years old - free of charge; pupils, students, disabled persons, pensioners get a 50% discount. For Ukrainians the hike is free. Duration - 1 hour. 10.30 am Guided tour "From Nidden to Nida" by Nida Culture and Tourism Information Centre "Agila". Start at the Tourism Information Centre in Nida (Naglių g. 18E, Nida). The price of the tour is EUR 6 per person; for schoolchildren, students, seniors, disabled persons - EUR 3 per person. Pre-registration is required: info@visitneringa.lt; +370 469 52345. Duration of the excursion - 2 hours. Distance - 3 km. Comfortable footwear is recommended before the excursion.
10 am-8 pm Craft, folk art and food fair on Naglių Street in Nida.
11 am - 6 pm Exhibition "Fish and Fishing in Books".

Choreographic composition "Fisherman's Daughter" by Neringa Art School (teacher - Rasa Želnytė);
Programme "I caught a fish on the shore of the lagoon", presented by the folklore ensemble "Giedružė" of the Nida Culture and Tourism Information Centre "Agila" (leader - Audronė Buržinskienė).
12.40 pm and 13.40 pm Neringa fishermen's education "Presentation of traditional fishing in the Curonian Lagoon", led by fisherman Karolis Tamulis.
2 pm Concert by the folk music band "Joldija" of the Nida Culture and Tourism Information Centre "Agila" (director - Laurynas Vainutis).
12 noon - 4 pm Educational, creative and active leisure activities in the meadow by the Nida Harbour:

Persons travelling to "Žiobrinės" festival in cars will be exempted from the local fee for entering Neringa municipality from Friday, 26 April at 12 noon to Saturday, 27 April at 12 noon.
Filming and photography will be carried out during the event and the material will be published.
In case of bad weather conditions, the organisers reserve the right to change the programme of events.
