Weathervane Exposition along the bay of Nida

The first outdoor exposition-museum of copies of weatherwanes of the old kurėnai in the country was started to be created in Neringa in 2003. At the moment, one can see 82 weatherwanes along the bank of the lagoon in Nida, which belong to the Curonian Spit History Museum.

Exposition of Wooden Sculptures “Hill of Witches”

One of the most spectacular ancient parabolic dunes in Juodkrantė is a so-called the Hill of Witches. On the slopes of the hill, hundred-year-old pines grow, while a winding path runs through a dense forest towards a 42-m-high peak. Here, one can see a glistening sea, while between the trunks of the pines and the canopy of the fir trees the lagoon can be spotted.

Stone Sculpture Park “Earth and Water”

In 1995, the construction of a 2,400-metre-long quay, running parallel to L. Rėzos g. in Juodkrantė, was started. While constructing the quay, it was come up with an idea to have an exposition of sculptures here. The exposition was built between 1997 and 1999 during the international sculpture symposium Earth and Water.
