Get to know the primordial Curonian Spit.
The route takes you on a picturesque journey through the ancient forested parabolic dunes that have been here for over 4,000-5,000 years since the formation of the Curonian Spit. The natural amphitheatres in the depths of this ancient forest and the shades of centuries-old pines will provide cosy shelter from wind and heat.
Along the way, steep hills and deep valleys will give way to huge trees and their young pine seedlings. You will visit the oldest fir tree of the peninsula, the mysterious Hill of Witches and the legendary spot of Bloksberg, which now is home to a lighthouse.
