Let a once in a lifetime adventure begin: the sun, the wind and all the elements are perfect conditions to experience Neringa on the exhilarating wheels of a wind cart. It can reach up to  50  km/h speed, so a rush of adrenaline is guaranteed. The route is adjusted based on the wind direction, and a picnic will be waiting for you at the final destination.
